Pomona Heritage Walk
Points of interest include:
- Visit the original Noosa Shire Council offices which were in Pomona from 1911 until 1980, and still stand today as the Noosa Museum.
- The Majestic Theatre, built in 1921 as the social hub for concerts, plays, dances, balls, movies and more, still operates today and has retained many original features. It is believed to be the world’s oldest continuously running silent movie cinema.Download brochure and Pomona Heritage Walk map
Cooroy Heritage Walk
Points of interest include:
- Cooroy Butter Factory was built in 1915 and the original timber butter factory building was replaced by the current brick building in 1930. It ceased trading in 1975 and was purchased by Noosa Council in 1991 for community use.

Tewantin Heritage Walk
Points of interest include:
- Parkyn Hut was built in the 1890s, and moved from Gympie to Pelican Street in 1921. The Parkyns owned it from 1939 to 1999, using it as family guest accommodation and a cobbler’s shop. It was moved to the current site in 2001 and serves as a tourist and heritage information centre.
